The high intensity strobe light emits the internationally recognized SOS signal that can be seen over 1 mile away at night… another Standard Horizon first!

The HX370S is factory programmed with all USA, Canadian and International and NOAA Weather channels. It also has the capability to be programmed 40 Land Mobile Radio (LMR) channels with CTCSS or DCS signaling by a Standard Horizon dealer. These channels do require the appropriate FCC license.

Because the HX370S is built better, it’s back better. If your Standard Horizon HX370S ever fails for any reason including water damage during normal use in the first three years, STANDARD HORIZON will repair or replace it free, without hassle or charges…period! If it fails thereafter in normal use it for the life time of the product it is covered by Standard Horizon’s Lifetime Flat Rate Service Program.

If you are wondering about having this radio programmed, just give Standard Horizons a call at: 714-827-7600 for information concerning the programming.  A member purchased his from a local marine dealer and Standard programmed the rig at no charge. All he did was send a list of the repeaters, PL tone and their names and the radio was back in his hands within two weeks.

In addition to all of this rigs versatility, you can turn off all of the Maritime frequencies and retain the Land Mobile and 10 Weather Channels. The rig also supports 600kc to 6mhz split Amateur and Commercial repeaters with being weather proof gives this radio the ability to be used for any Fire, SAR, Police or any purpose from 137 to 174 MHz.
